As this is obviously Matt.. All I can say is that last time he did an initiative like this, I was in it, and we did not have any subs or elsewise people that we'd arranged to place for us pre-era.
Not sure if that is of any relevance to all this, but that is the other time I remember him doing a themed alliance.
