I see guys rank 475 and 2 stripes but they have 200+ units. what's up with that? hurry please I'm attacking right now

What he said, It's Probably just a lot of armored Infantry that he has Rushed so he has no workers :|

not neccessary armor but yeah. Rushing units will cuase u to lose lots of score. And it's even more if u rush tanks so it's best not to rush ur units unless u're in havoc.

Yep, either that or he based most of his power/ score on non-unit sources, and when he lost most of them, he got that low of a score.
