This is indeed a better than average era...one of the best I played. And ARM does have a lot of good players and skills...they have however a huge flaw - their leader.

So now near the end all I can say is may the best men win...as long as Tiggy worm is not among them :)

Using a colony solely for the purpose of hitting a relocation spot is against the rules and bannable.

But considering how the war was going I would have expected ARM to have at least a few units to guard their relocation spot prepared in advance. Loosing those ops to spam squads didn't look good.

It is not against the rules. It is a sub member that joined RUNo. And he is playing the game and is doing what sub members do, help the main.

Would have been fine if he has been playing this round for a while and decided to join RUNo. But this colony just broke out of protection for the attack, and considering its location its quite obvious it was built for this specific purpose which makes it against the rules.

Yes, we were looking for someone to spam the relocation outposts. And then we found that we had no one. So we contacted a friend, asked him to build there, got him to join a sub, and he is now playing the game.

The link that you gave, involved Andrei giving tokens JUST to spam, not play the game. Even then after Andrei explaining the situation, what he did was not wrong. Even though he attacked us back then.

Caeser here is playing the game. And as you would have seen in the broadcast, he is a vet, who has been away for some time, but has come back to play. So its not breaking any rules. He will spam more, attack more, jam more, do whatever he can to help us win. He may even take part in battles after he builds up a few squads. This is not a bannable offence. Heck its not an offence.

Remember how that thread ended Lord?

Let me make something very clear...I do not play with words so neither should anyone here. Speculating about why I got unbanned and accusing me of "bribing" admins in one way or another is a serious offense

My answer and defense to Andrew was simple...there is nowhere in the TOS said or even implied that sending tokens to a friend who is NOT a multi is illegal....BD is a game of strategy and war so if you can get a friend to help in a war that is in no way cheating. Also there is a send tokens button there...if you do not want tokens to be sent outside an alliance just remove it.

The Terms of Service that Andrew quoted give BD absolute and unilateral power to revoke service at their absolute and sole discretion...that goes against customer protection acts in many countries.

So the solution here is simple...just list all the rules in the New section and on the forum...simple, transparent, efficient. That way I know what I can and cannot do and don't go into "grey areas", as Andrew called them. List that "supporting a spamming colony" is bannable, define what spamming colony is, and next time i do it i will ask for perm ban myself.

Let's for once try and be constructive and try to improve BD rather than launch false accusations

Andrei was unbanned because what dot did was not illegal...and even here we have a legit player joining a sub to help the main like subs do. This is not bannable as we found out then. (I was in WaW btw that round) and even I am defending Andrei.

Im not talking about the act of supporting such spammers with tokens, but that of the colony itself. In this case I don't think anyone had to even support him considering ARM had no defense for those ops.

And its not specifically about this era, I generally dislike this method (along with trying to relocate away from a fight in the first place) and was just voicing my opinion.

Well you might dislike it, but what needs to be done has to be done. To the best of our ability.

No complaints about the results though. RUN has proven to be far better than ARM this round.
