Yet Tenkai is yet to grasp the true root of my speed. My scratches start to burn in a deep crimson flame, then they both dissapear. He has been able to predict my last move, as I expected. Still, he pays no attention to the ground, covered in mysterious black runes. They are pitch black, yet show no sign of being used. Yet, they are indeed mine, and are indeed used, as now your arm is suddenly opened in two, as if my sword had sliced it from the shoulder to your fingers! I can see the excrutiating pain in your eyes, and the sudden realization that I wasn't just quick: it was like if I could stop time itself and move in free will.

oh how i miss the fights of old when special magic and trickery wasn't used. in frustration i grab vault's arm and throw him away to buy me some time. i reach into my pocket and grab an item i found Spasia: a tailsman that immobilizes magic of any sort. i quickly preform a chant and swallow it. almost instantly the runes started fading. unfortunately this will only last an hour, so while vault is trying to figure out what's happened i pounce upon him knocking him to the ground. i grab his neck and toss him against the tree and charge in with a flying kick.

As I find myself slammed against a tree, I open my eyes to see a kick incredibly close to put an end to my steak-eating days. I am able to flick my head just in time to dodge it, and in an instant the tree is turned into a heap of small shards of wood, flying all over the place. Without my time-stopping rune, however, I can have much more fun. "It was about time for you to figure that out" I snort at Tenkai. His confident smile is back; the poor sucker must think that was my best power. I let out a sigh, as I swing my blade at Tenkai, yet from a distance way far enough for him to be out of danger.

Yet an incredibly fast scythe of wind comes forth from my blade, quickly reaching Tenkai, as he sidesteps to avoid being cut in half. Still, that was only a practice swing, as I now charge my blade with flames and swing again, this time with twice the speed. The flaming wheel hurled towards Tenkai, as the earth itself opened in it's path.

i jump into the air, barely escaping. the heat makes some of the rubber on the bottom of my shoes melt. (sh** that was close) i think to myself. i start firing finger blades in vault's direction while i float through the air, but he dodges with ease. i begin stepping through the air, graceful as a feather, and continue firing at him. vault is too busy dodging too notice me holding a hand behind my back, forming something. after getting just a few feet away from him, i pull my hand around. i throw something that resembles a small black sheet of paper at his feet. within seconds it begins expanding and sucking vault in. in my travels i had learned some of the black arts, taught by kennu himself! "This will drag you down into the deepest depths of the underworld, where the shenanigans are so ridiculous anyone not on simmen's god level will have their mind full of fu**. do try to escape..."

Try to escape? IM IN HEAVEN!!! I am so entertained, kicking these shenanigan's ass, that I miss out about 5 minutes of our battle. Eventually though, I get bored, so I simply open a senkaimon to the real world. "Missed me?" I ask Tenkai, who is gracefully trimming his nails, sitting at the feet of a newly grown tree. He is startled, yet even more so when he feels my feet kicking him in the side of his skull. Tenkai gets sent flying, bumping into the ground more times than Ponk's bumps throughout his history in BD, and finally lands in the middle of a plain, full of green grass to the height of my knees.

I send some more of my crimson waves towards Tenkai, but my zanpakutou shines even brighter with each one. He doesn't realize; he cannot, as my attacks don't even let him think much about it. By the time he realizes something is odd, I have charged my attack. "Crimson Cleansing Lvl1!" I shout, as a huge sphere of super-condensed crimson flames hurls towards Tenkai, thrown from the tip of my sword. It travels too fast for Tenkai to fully dodge, and the air starts exploding just for entering in contact with it.

*CENSORED*! i transform into a black puddle in the nick of time, and i'm flung in all directions. i gather myself at a droplet close to vault's foot and grab his leg with my hand. i jerk it backwards and he falls face first. i return to my human form and grab both legs and throw you into the sky, mario style. i leap after you and knock your sword away. "So hows your fists?" i take a jab at vault's face while he's watching his sword fall. i can feel his jaw crack under his chin. i smile, knowing i have the upperhand here.

I can see the look in his eyes. They are laiming victory. However, he is as far from is as we began.

"Are you missing something, Tenkai dear?" I ask, cleaning up the blood dripping from my mouth. He doesn't get it, so I simply take out the chant he had been using to protect himself from my rune. "Impossible!" he claims, yet it is as true as the ground we touch. I smirk, thinking of the possibilities. I can see Tenkai is preparing for a new chant, but I give him no time, as an uppercut sends him flying towards the shining sun. However, there was a glimpse of him blocking me: such a thing, I thought, was impossible, as I then kicked kick from the sky to the ground. Yet, as he stood up, he triumphantly holded a piece of my hair.

As I stood there in the sky, Tenkai suddenly rushed me with his fist to my gut, blowing the air out of me. However, I smash both of my fists to his back, and my knee to his own gut. I can hear a crack: I must have missed, and hit one of his ribs. I grab him and toss him away, but pure fury takes me over, as my armor suddenly starts to burn. I am enraged: no, I am beyond that, as I cannot comprehend nor do I care about what happened. Tenkai has the look on his face, that tells he thought I was serious from the beggining, but now found out that the fight is just starting.

The energy around me deepends, to such extenct that the ground starts to sink under it's weight. It is so condensed that light itself cannot go through it, nor is it deflected: it is simply devoured, consumed in the instant they touch. My sword breaks out of this crimson sphere, and I rush at you: but now you know this is real speed, as you find my fist in your mouth. While you fly backwards, you can admire the flames that pour from my armor, my eyes fixed on you, slowly getting closer and closer...

knowing staying in the air any longer would be bad i throw myself at the ground. fortunately, vault is going so fast inertia keeps him from being able to change directions. i spit the blood out of my mouth and begin my next chant. i finish as soon as i hit the ground, and as i open my eyes i can see vault rushing at me. but his runes were fading once more, and i roll out of the way just in time. when his fist hit the ground the earth shot upwards around him and sent me flying into a tree.

I awaken from my hibernation Seeing Tenkai and VD fighting I slowly creep up the Hill and lunge at VD as I bring my sword through his body I realize it was to easy and it was a clone. I hear VD sprinting at me and do a backflip onto his back and thrust daggers into his spine, finally he is paralized and I kick off of him and his limp body rolls down the Hill.

My Hill!!!

I shoot ghoss before he does that so I can watch the real battle.
