Soldier Killed x 10 + Enemies' xp / Round
Okay, so lemme see if I can do teh maths right.
I decide to get absolutely hammered one night and come back and attack some guy.
I send 30 infantry to combat this guy's 30 infantry. Since I'm drunk, I didn't plan well enough and lose 20 guys after winning the battle. The guy I attacked doesn't have any XP. The battle lasts 3 rounds.
So, I killed 30 enemy units. 30 x 10 = 300.
The enemy had 0 XP. 300 + 0 = 300.
The battle lasted 3 rounds. 300 / 3 = 100.
I have 10 infantry remaining. 100 / 10 = 10. (I am assuming the total XP is distributed equally amongst remaining units?)
Now, I'll tie in other stuff I learned from you guys.

...
Since it takes 30 XP for a unit to gain a level, I will have 10 units which are about 33% progressed towards the next level?
