but yeah, if u know how much he has to deal with when he logs on to BD. U'll understand why he's mad when u keep bugging him about OP farming and stuffs.

All u need to do is send him a screenshot, and point out who is planting the OPs and who is taking them, and leave everything after that to him.

There is no need and it will do no help if u keep bugging him asking if he read ur msgs or why he didn't ban someone. He's busy with his life, but he tries his best to be active on BD. So let's make his life easier and let him dedicates all his time looking for cheaters and ban them, rather than sitting there, read and reply to every single msgs that everyone send to him.
