What does it take to join one of the BD forum groups?

Depends which one you're talking about. Like, you can get in MT easily. But becoming say... a mod? That's going to take some time.

MT firstly you need to have been here for at least a little while i believe and also you have to have a fairly good idea of the game. Then you ask Tom (head mod) to join and you must have skype. Good luck

you can PM him or you can just got to user control panel and go to user groups and select MT and wait until you get the chance

PM is much faster

Generally you shouldn't join any of the teams because you want to join them.

To function properly in them - you need to work.


If you love Battle Dawn and just want to help the game - do just that! Post around, help players and contribute where you can. Eventually, they'l notice you and ask you if you would like to help out on official business.

Just being nice, helping about, eventually started a project that they couldn't find anyone for in the moderating team. A moderator stood up for me, got me in. Did a decent job if I may say so, ended up quitting. Feels good to be able to help a community like that, really. Very fulfilling.

The teams don't really carry a point anyway, the tag is cool but they don't give you anything special.

Well for mods the requirements are posted, and there is a interview

For AANC mentors you must show you are good at the game, and have good 'people' skills

MT just show that you are a good worker and understand that it is full voluntary.

There are some mini groups that arent posted like BD youtube/event team send me/ferr3t(if he still stalks the forum, idk) if you are interested in those.
