that's why I said whenever someone decided to have a marriage or love someone that is "unusual", instead of seperate them forcibly which is not good, we should explain to them everything about it, such as being looked down, used as some cruel jokes as well as sex related (unable to have children or possible deformation, unless through adoption), and let them decide for themselves if they can live through all of that.

You wouldnt know who is involved in a incestual relationship in the first place. The topic of the debate is whether to make it legal. I am saying dont give it legal status. Some choose to do it, some dont. Its everyones individual choice.

Do we legalize sex? We dont. We can have sex with whoever we want, whenever we want as long as it is consensual. Only sex with minors is not permitted because it can be a decision forced on people. But why is incest any different from normal sex? It can be governed within the framework of the laws that already exist.

Sex is legal, incest isen't.

I diden't bother reading the rest of your post, I don't think you understand that being guilty of incest will get you into jail.
Everything thats not legal will either get you a fine or get you in jail.

Hold on. I said in one of my previous posts that I wasnt sure if incest currently had any legal status at all. If it is illegal today then my suggestion would be to de-legalize (Dont call it legal or illegal, if thats the right word for it) it. Dont give it any status or call it any special name. Its just sex between people, except that they happen to be family members. So such cases can be governed within the framework of the laws that exist for sex in general.
