without legalised incest, ppl are still r@ped. So wat's the problem?
The problems lies within the sexual desire, they want to have sex with someone, and when they can't control it, r@pe will happen. And when they do, they don't even care if it's legal, above legal age or the other party want it or not.
Wat I said about legalise, is the love and marriage. Not the sex.
Of course, if things come to sex or marriage, then both parties must be agree and above the legal age. Forcing someone to have sex or marry against their will is always illegal, no matter if incest is legalised or not.

how can that happen without locking ur own child at home?
let's say I want to do that, don't tell me that I will lock her in the house, with no contact to the outside world, till she's old enough and get married, then lock her in the house again, so that she won't have anyone else but me in her head?
that's child abusing, and it's illegal btw...
