ok answer confermed.

I just converted my minerals to energy and used 250 energy to Ion Cannon a missle over 1/2 way across the galexy.

My thanks to your answers, they were correct. I am sorry for questing your correct answers.

this brings up a good point though, maybe there should be range limits on ions :P But the cost of them are so high like ppl want to use them randomly haha
