It's not really tobacco. It's a reference to tobacco, like there are different cigarette brands, there's also different things like communism, socialism, and fascism etc. And on the bottom you can't see it but it says 'Masterfully crafted for underachievers'.

And there's also money signs in the smoke.

that's a communism icon, represent the workers (hammer) and the farmer (sickle) if u haven't known already
