ok so i built up all my srtuctres except energy and i only produce 1 worker every 16 ticks why

You have a lot of upkeep, which is subtracting from your worker growth.

To improve you worker count, you can get more conquers, crystals, relics (not so common eh?), and res ops

The more agents, outposts, nukes, and soldiers you have, the less worker growth you'll get.

ok so i razed 6 outpost downgraded and razed 5 missle silos will that help my worker growth??

It should improve your worker growth

But if you recruit more soldiers your worker growth can go down again

My advice? Take it easy on the units. Find the perfect blend, do a little math.

Remember, tokens are the most important thing because if you're worker growth is doing bad you can always buy worker boosts.

and i kinda dont reccomend saving energy for last.
energy is vital for sheilds, spy protection, scans, and sat scans...
i use about a 100 energy a day on fast worlds...

Razing outposts gives you workers on the spot which is especiay helpful when you are in need of units for recruiting

There is the easy way which is use tokens. Also best steady way of getting workers is through conquers and resource ops. U can try to capture lots of ops but that in my opinions is a harder way to get workers but its doable also time it so u recruit units after u get your workers.
