There are too many variables to offer good advice on this. The best I could do would be to make sure that all your connections are solid, that there is not excessive bandwidth being hogged up by another device or PC on your network.

Outside of that, you would have to contact your service provider to ask what additional steps could be taken to improve your connection strength.

Does having a dynamic, or static ip matter? And my isp blocks certain ports to me, im not sure if that matters at all?
