When I tried to attack one location, I got "Target is outside maximum travelling range" error.

What is maximum travelling range? How to increase it so I can attack that location?

the maximum travelling range is counted by 24 ticks from your location, marked by the green circle. You can't increase that, the only thing u can do is to move to a nearer OP of yours, and use that to go closer until ur target is within the travelling range
