If there is an army in camp. Can you attack that camp to kill that army?

u can send attack to everything unless they are out of travelling range, alliance's properties or under protection.

In addition, you can't send attack from camps, resource OPs and kicked-out alliance member's properties.

if u aren't kicked from the alliance, alliance member can't take ur OP or properties. If u're kicked then u're not in their alliance and they can take urs properties...

however, if u aren't kicked or leave the alliance and ur members still take ur properties, then the best I can guess is that somebody else take those, and ur members just attack and re-claim it ;)

then idk, if it was really ur properties, then watever happened, u should get a report that u've lost it...

r u sure it was urs? If u're sure then I guess it's a display bug, where it doesn't send u a report when u lose it :|

Maybe u can ask the admin of ur world, he can take a closer look at that for u
