A good way would be to help michael and the staff translate the site into another language for a possible new server (may be wrong but think thats how Ilona got the job) or just suck up to him since he is the boss ;}~

I don't enjoy being labeled a regular citizen of BD, makes me feel unimportant...

Yes, you are wrong. Its like in every other job. A lot of talking and interviews before. There is no 'right' way to become an a.dmin.
To 'suck up' to someone is probably the worst you could do :lol:

For sure you have to be: old enough (21+) (except Simmen)
Having a very good knowledge about the gameplay
and be communicative ...
Well, as I mentioned before, I haven't gone the usually way to become an a.dmin.
I was a player. I won several eras as leader and thats my skill I can add as staff member. We all have our different capabilities and together we try to make the best for Battle Dawn.
