As far as I know, landing at the same time as a nuke will not affect your squads, regardless of that nuke being hostile or friendly.
I was just told that it only works with your own alliance nukes and that landing at the same time as an enemy nuke WILL affect your squads. Is this true??

I have, and it says they will not, but I cant be sure how recently the wiki was updated and the reason why I asked here is because I was assured that it was something that was recently modified, so a simple yes its true or no it isnt would have been appreciated.

Although, reading your response inviting me to check the wiki, indirectly responds my question

Im fairly certain that the info on the wiki is correct

(just checked) it was updated on Nov. 14 of this year, nukes haven't changed so I think it its correct

Goldenpaw is correct, squads will not be damaged when landing with a nuke, regardless of it's owner.
