is it a bug or am I mistaken?

A nuke just killed 10 % of the units training in my colony but didn't reduce their health...

Help me I am confused

edit : after the training is over the units show lowered health...

addition to this if I am getting nuked on my Training Base which has units training in it... when TB is downgraded do I get back the resources of the units which were training or not... if not then why?

another question when my ship is returning halfway from a wreck which someone managed to capture before me do I get back the oil back which I saved or not... if not why?

also say I have got battle reports which is not supported by the battle simulations... how to predict the exact outcome of a battle?

first time I heard training units got in the nuke though

and no, u won't take back wat u have for nuked OPs. Downgrading is like removing a house, u sell the junk for some little money. But nuked OP is like a big pile of rubble which u can only used to throw at each other.

And if the wreckage u are going to take are taken. The squads will still go there, look around, hunt some rabbits and return home. No oil given back.

let me make rephrase my question... say I was training 5 vehicles in my TB and in their 2nd tick of training... the TB was hit by a nuke... so those 5 vehicles didn't complete training and the TB is downgraded to a OP... so shouldn't I get back the resources of those 5 vehicles in training... (just like when u cancel training after 1 tick of training)...

I don't think it's even possible to downgrade a TB that still has units training, just like you can't relocate when you have units training in your colony

You don't get your oil back, you didn't turn the squads back, they turned because they got there and there's nothing there to take
