How many tokens are given to each alliance for their rank? For each player?

Rank one alliance - 1,000 blue tokens

Rank two alliance - 500 blues

Rank three alliance - 250 blues

(Only all the members of the rank 1-3 alliances get tokens at the end of the era, nobody else).

the reward dyl posted is an usual one.

However the admin can change the reward, depends on the alliance size, map and relics...

Usually the rewards are announced with the "new era" announcement.
