it means that you cant use your gate in your colony and that your radar cant see whats around you but dont fret it wears off in about 6 ticks

u wont be able to see any squads coming to u its used so that u cannot train units when the person attks

The only way you will be abe to see squads are radar ops.

It just basically means that someone could be attacking you, and you cant see it, but its ok, will go in about 3-6 ticks.
Radars also you cant use, as well as gates, which you can only launch to, not jump to

You cant use your colony radar. But other radar ops or your alliance members radars can be used. Your gate cant be used but you can use other gate ops or your alliance members gates. You cant sat scan but you can do normal scans.
