first you need to print screen it, then you paste it (ctrl+v) into paint, then add it up on a site like photobucket or what ever and go on the forum, then make a post, klick [Img] then paste the link u get from photobucket

u shuld have a button on ur keyboard saying PrtSC or something like that, mine are on the top of the keyboard, but i got a norwegian one, so not sure where you will find it
