Be smart and do a calculation. See the tick timer. If its say 100, and if your spy on your colony had 60 ticks of infiltration points and still got caught, the enemy spy would have a max of 13 infiltration on you (100-60-24-3) - 3 for minimum move time, 24 for recruiting a spy. So how much does that leave you with? 13. So adding 50 spy pro for the time being will suffice. If its a higher tick time like say tick 1000, then ignore the 24 and 3, and just take into account your spy's infiltration and the tick timer and add spy pro for the rest
