Unbelievable. I'm sure you can't attack from Metal Mines, so we will have to take the mine, then retreat to take another one...

Well it was nice playing Battle Dawn and supporting through last ERA on M4 but I'm happy to say you won't be getting any more money from me.

Yeah, if you need to have a full guide, just ask me. I wrote one that everyone found useful so far. Everyone on this game started as a noob and got to the point where they are, most likely being conquered the first time they played. This would be saying to noobs yeah you can make troops etc.. But if you try and use them, we will defend the mines and kill your units anyway. Better to be conquered and stay below the radar then.

:D Love the update you guys do not realize they are not changing much all they are doing is changing Taxation from conquers to resource Op's so all that will happen is people have to guard there resource places a little better. :lol: Love the updates

Conquering is still going to be part of the game.
the idea is that there wont be any farming and multis

since the only true reason would be to attack an active player. and any active player would get a crystal anyway.


instead of having a newb attacked after a few hours, he'll be attacked after a few days of gameplay.

we do not remove the feature, we simply change the incentives to do it.

while increasing resourceOP significance and crystals to compensate.

This will only cause more boosting by stronger players to get more power..

The noobs who can't boost need conquers to get stronger.. but this will be updated so no more conquering for them either, only trying to take resource OP's from the large boosters..
I guess this wont make it more interesting for them either..

Plus: he wont be attacked in a few hours, Michael, as he has his protection for a couple of days..

You conquer a player to recieve taxation, and seen as this is how it has always worked and worked well, then why change it?

If it ain't broke..... don't fix it.

So instead, you can make a bunch of multies to constantly harrass their mines? Or to make OPs that you can take? Or make a multi that you log in to every few days until he gets a crystal?

Multies and farms are the admins responsibility, the game shouldn't be changed over it. Also, newbs have 100 ticks of protection. They don't get attacked as soon as they join the world, they have 100 ticks to get up some structures, get to know the game.

To me, conquering is just a key aspect to BD. It's what makes it fun. I don't even go for conquers that much, but especially with the crystals nerfed, it's what makes it worthwile to attack top players' colonies.

Don't think this stops farming and multies, or that it gives new players a better chance. Newbies will always stand little chance, whatever way you put it. They learn, and grow. It''s what we all did.

but in that feature, you can't determine who's friend Farming(i don't know how it called? can it be friend abuse?), i mean colonies being there just to spam enemy alliance of his friend's alliance ..
and should remember that Resource OP's are limited and aren't that much to feed us. or if the server has good amount of mines/wells, hey, we are not the only players who will play the game especially you will decrease the number of servers
