We dont know who the GF alliance people were. They laid outposts and we took them. Seth saw it happen and assumed that was farming, since it was taken the tick after it was laid and the member was conquered by Dees. I have taken outposts from my conquers, doesnt mean I farm.

That is a lie, for the IPs used were that of Dees. I don't believe your conquers place OPs exactly where you want them, and upgrade them into silos for you while your spam is on the way.

If you are going to debase yourself with simple lying, just stop wasting our time.

KAF, the member of GF wanted to build silos at the border to our area. I didn't know that KAF is Kalpesh, a guy who was already 2 eras in our sub so GF stayed as neutral. I was away as my members launched for the neutral Op's.
So Dees did a mass:



Unfortunately I was at that time busy with other things so i still didn't marked them friendly and after a while, some Op's got taken and Dees got banned.

Why the heck should he do a mass when he wants to farm?
So whenever a member of my team launch to ANY yellow op - Dees get banned?

At least, the admin saw he was wrong and lifted the ban.
The IP's of Kalpesh and Dees can be similar, but they can't be the same as I know both of them and also talked with both of them at the same time

Just because he's a person doesn't mean dees wasn't on his account. IP doesn't lie.

They were your conquers and providing you with OPs, and had the same IP. Easy to tell.

Kevin, you are basing your arguments completely on either hearsay, or your imagination. I know Kalpesh personally and I know Dees as well. Dees has been with us for 1.5 years or so, and Kalpesh has always been in the sub. Dees specifically did a mass, for this, since Kalpesh was building nukes against you guys, but people ignored that , and went ahead and took the outposts.

Seth initially banned him permanently. Then lifted the ban once the issues were sorted out. You did not have access to any admin tools, so if you are gonna pull facts out of thin air, then probably you are debasing yourself and wasting your time here, to prove something non existent.

By the way teller, we all know the rules. The rules state clearly, what Avi quoted earlier. If you build a colony solely for the purposes of resources then it is farming. Here the player was playing the game properly. And we never said we were into any form of illegal activity, nor did we justify it. What we did clearly was not a violation, nor has been stated as such anywhere, and that is what the argument is about.

Its not that I dont forget cheating. I just dont remember cheating. Seth obviously misunderstood and it was cleared in 24 ticks.

BTW this is another example of people trying to use bans as strategy, to remove competition. See something suspicious, run to the admins, not because you care, but because you want the other team banned. Though I dont blame you for it.
