ive seen people offer them to me on GTS negotiations but when i offer something like a lvl 100 mewtwo they dont want it and if i offer my shiny lvl 100 giratina they want it but i want a shiny for my shiny

theres this one guy i find a lot on GTS negotiations everytime we meet he instantly cancels the trade until one day i put up a lvl 100 regigigas
