xESx will win! HAHA jk. were not serious these era. . .  i started just to play by myself and try to join in an alliance but i ended up recruiting some peeps. if they are serious. they are beast .. but right now. they are ..  EDIT: i forgot, im trying to be comfortable with 1 tick servers

Yeah Nick, my alliance is made up of mostly friends of mine who have never played before. I'm trying to teach them how to play in a competitive manner that does not result in them being crushed and unable to play if things go wrong in the future. That means a solid foundation must be established. And since we all created our colonies 100-200 ticks late, that means everyone else has a substantial lead on us.
Since your post we have moved all the way up to rank 25 and we still don't even have a standing army.
Once we finish laying the groundwork , we'll be a reasonably able playing force. And we still have a good thousand ticks or more to climb the next 20 spots to reach our goal.
