why does my taxation keep going down? I havent lost control of any colonies...

You will lose taxes if someone succussfully rebels, which your saying that didn't happen.

Players deleting accounts or getting banned.

Your conquers crystals have been taken.

Those are the only way I can see your taxes going down.

I bet its because your conquers are making less rescources. They probably built units or something to lose workers thus thier production goes down thus making your taxation go down.

I think thats how it works still.

Do'h, i didn't even think about the fact that building OPs and units take workers away from production factories. I guess i'm one to not think of the little people.
