How exactly does that work? At first I thought I was getting my crystal when I built a certain structure but now it seems to appear just at random.

A crystal appears on your colony once you reach 20 power or you vote 200 times LOL 
they also give you and everyone in your alliance something like .25 resource (metal/oil only) per tick and .04 workers .. I think
they also boost your score by 20 hhahaha

for every 25 crystals your alliance gets everyone in the alliances production increases by 1

~Panda I actually find that the '1 Crystal per 200 votes' is broken, I have almost 1k votes with no crystals

of coarse having all those crystals makes you a bigger target too
and for the bonus to be worth it everyone in an alliance would need 50

Okay I'm confused. Does the bonus come from each collective 25 crystals the alliance owns. or from each crystal as you get them, or from each 25 crystals counted separately per person?
