hmm no but i had 1 tank that had 705 experience before :P it died but it was still pretty helpful in a few battles

Units level up at 30 exp 60 and so on

Tank is easiest to level.

It actually takes 70 exp, and they gain it 3 times faster than infantry due to the total exp being spread out between less units.
