those outposts are from the new members that we have in our alliance that have just relocated from there

also its only two opps and if u haven't seen ml has a lot of silos tbs and gates not to mention over 1000 units

That answer is false, maanco. Several of those OPs have been in North America since the first 500-1000 ticks. Yes, someone did join and relocate from North America.......over 1000 ticks ago. Matter of fact, the OPs I'm referring to belong to a top 60 member of UE. To my way of thinking, that indicates that mL viewed UE as friendly since they allowed the OPs to remain in North America. To my untrained eye, it looks like UE just wanted to pick a fight..........

Wow, you guys are a real stand up operation over there in UE.
I sent a message to UE's leader saying:

well i see one that is owned by a member thats been in the allince for a while and there are only two opps getting conquers not doing any harm to ml

but when ml brings in over 1000 units from america all the way from north america to asia its a bit suspious and do u know what cbuzz this agreement started a log time ago when we were at war with CRAP and ml was actacking our subs we let them have thousands of units right next to us but when we have 1 opp next to them with nothing on it we get get your opp off our land or we will destroy u they gave us about 6 ticks to do so

B. We didnt BRING troops there, we built all of them.
C. Your subs were disbanded previous to our attacks. And I even informed your leader that we were going attack them, hell...he even let me know as soon as it turned official.
D. We are NOT right next to you, you have relocated out of Nuke and Attack range.
E. The reason our alliance agreement was broken, wasnt because of ONE OP. It was a continuous problem where you attempted to bring hundreds of units through North America to attack CRAP (Our Ally) with. It happened multiple times and YOUR leader agreed to stay out of North America. This agreement was broken. Even AFTER we changed your flag to Neutral, we NEVER once attacked you.
F. I'm still not convinced we are AT war. I will wait to speak with your leader via MSN. I'd recommend all of you to suspend your attacks until him and I can speak about this more in depth.
