I mean guys I understand this is a problem and they do too. But I mean they are working to fix it. Riding their backs won't make them work any faster. Just let them handle it and try to cope with the issues in the mean time.

Of course we investigate and address things at the root. In this case, the root was faulty hardware. That hardware will be replaced tonight.

You don't really think we like having lingering issues and don't try to fix them, do you?

Don't get your panties in a bind KingTutt. No one is saying Seth and other staff aren't doing a good job of trying to get BD back to a stable condition. We are just expressing views here, not trying to trash the work done by admins and staff. Issues have been seen for the past few weeks, so people just point that fact out. If faulty hardware was the issue, and if it is being fixed, then that's awesome. We are here to support the admins and staff, not be a pain.
