Farming is gifting resources to other players. It's like making a colony in a world just so your friend can conquer you and get resources.

I see but this is nothing like that. This doesn't involve multi-ing. And again it's only a gift if your giving something away for free, I'm taking about an equal transaction. And I didn't think of this as something for which to be used among friends. If it's a friend your dealing with you can just ask them. I thought of this concept so that total strangers have medium for which to work out deals with each other. Think about it outposts would make an excellent form of in-game currency each one is like a savings bond of resources. I don't need to tell anyone here how valuable they are. But you know what, I don't suppose it really matters whether you agree with me or not. The means to do this are already in the game. I just posted it here, so that everyone know's it can be done.

The only problems with the plan is that other people might steal the outpost before it can be razed, there might be WAY too many outposts on the map due to transactions in progress, and you lose some resources when you raze an outpost--you don't get everything paid back. To be honest I think the best solution is to suggest having trading be available to all players--not just those in your alliance.

I agree with you that would be the best solution. But right now the game doesn't let us do that. We have to work with what we got.
