Can I relocate colonies from one end to another end of the world? Would it cost A LOT of oil?

Yes you can. And it would cost 10 000 oil since that's the max

you could relocate but if your outpost is that far away, it might get taken before you can relocate.

u need 24 ticks of control on the OP and 72 ticks of control on ur colony. It would coast 10k oil and 50 energy if you are going the max difference. It can be cheaper oil wise depending on how far away you are relocating.
