On E1 the admin was conquered. how is that possible?

Admins can drop shields when they want though they usually dont do that until hovac and having a massive army.

How knows what he was doing...

There some points in the era where the admin might try something different. If the admin is conquerd for a specific amount of time, he may give rewards to someone.
