jammed means u cant see any covert operation by a ally enemy ect by whatever is jammed however if ur colony is jammed and they didnt jam ur radar close bye u can still see any attack or missle

It means you cannot see enemy movement or movement and cannot cast scans.

Jammed mean that the radar & gate in the target is blocked. If a silo is jammed it can't fire it's nuke.

If you are jammed, you cant gate sqauds, you cant cast far sight.

a jammed colony doesn't have radar coverage for a short time
he won't be able to place far sights/radar scan
and he won't be able to teleport units from his colony or from somewhere to his colony
