Maybe PS will be gracious and let us cap the relic as it moves twards KT just as long as who ever caps it keeps it moving tward KT so we can get the achievement.

No, it was more a reference to them saying they want to the relic achievement.
I was merely pointing out the definition of achievement, and that you usually ACHIEVE it by capturing the relic yourself.
