You personally saw the many problems that happened at ES... still, good win. And may have something to do with this topic... if those exact things were going to happen at the regular era. I must say, what happened at ES was, in part, fo my lack of the necessary activity: I didnt take ES to be a serious era at first. It was just 4 fun (and easy win xD). E4 will have my exclusive attention. And I am waiting 2 do this till Summer, because then I will be much more active. And again, you just passing through 2 bug, or actually wanna apply?

I agree with you completely, but personally, I have never seen Vault KEEP leadership – I have seen that this is due to him not making decisions fast enough, concentrating on minor things while the big bad alliance is on our doorstep

(For example on the Spanish world we were at war with ARM extremely early in the era, neither alliance was going anywhere at all while UTM to the west was slowly gaining power. When contacted by ARM for a NAP two members took it into their hands to stop the war. Negotiations started, cease fire was initiated – things were generally going well. Vault then logged in, had an argument with the lead negotiator. He then lost his leadership to the head negotiator, had another argument with him so the new leader quit – unable to work with him. FYI: Apparently Vault contacted a member with a high status and asked to organise the new leader to be kicked. Don’t know if this is true or not since no proof was presented. While all this was happening the cease fire was slowly ticking down.. ARM assumed we had called off the whole thing due to a lack of messages from leadership, as soon as tick 300 was up they attacked.)

I personally think he’s a very respectable man that just needs a little support.. I personaly want to see him keep the orange flag for the entire era and I'm sure that once he knows the trade, he will be an amazing leader. But for now, in my opinion he is not fit to work on all aspects the alliance on his own and he needs somebody to remind him what’s what and to get to it. I may be completely wrong, for Vault is a school student that spends a majority of his time studying. Maybe he could be different during summer? I wouldn’t know yet.. (Soon we all will )

Ferret, youre in a mistake: negotiations did NOT stop because ARM thought we called out the NAP. They thought the NAP and the petitions requested were just too ridiculous. I DID NOT ask anyone to start a movement against Essence. I simply wanted to clear out the events (that are clearly messed up) with saying the whole truth. This was to Rani, dees and NEX, who were in the achat when I found out a lot of the lags in the true sequence of events.

NEX certainly took it as I was trying to get his vote, he promptly messaged Essence about it, and they both left, arguing they couldnt "take the drama I brought" when I was simply pointung out the TRUTH. I had an argument on MSN with Essence, where I defyied him to prove me wrong. He just blocked me at MSN, while ARM resumed the war against us due to there being a deadline 2 the negotiations (imputted by Essence). I regained my leadership at tick 298, at which I had no chance to even know wth was going on the deal with ARM. This is due to Essence (when I was leader and told every1 to stay in the war) requesting me to leave this deal "in his hands" entirely. I then promptly massed that we shall have the NAP with ARM. I come back the next day and find Essence with 7 votes and myself with 3.

And to top it off, be4 the negotiations with ARM, I had PC problems and was off of BD for 2 days. This happens to any1, and I didnt put ministers as I didnt think the ES world actually needed them. As to ministers in this e4 team, my MoW is Rildor, and both other ministeries are still open.

And we arent starting next era. As even the title says, we start in Summer, which is still 3-4 months away. Ive said it over and over, this wont be next era, and perhaps even not the other one after it. Still, its very good to be building up the team from be4, and to plan every single detail beforehand. It also gives me time 2 be MUCH more selective with the members, this will have to be a super team, and mark my words, it will
