CM isnt POSW. We arent exactly brother alliances. But yes, we have a NAP, and by our part I hope there are no more broadcasts. I also hope that by your part it ceases as well.

The agreements were no ops within 12 ticks and radars within 24 ticks. I understand that AA has had numerous run-ins in World Chat with CM members, but we need to settle this now. It is embarrassing for both alliances to have to deal with something petty like this. Before it was small words, but now it has escalated into something bigger. I realize Twig's broadcast offended balla and I apologize on his behalf, but we need to start acting like gentlemen.

I hope that we can put this aside... and maybe give each other some breathing room for the next couple hundred ticks.
