You can't make it a specific size with paint, I suggest you use Photoshop.

no, i did my current avatar using only paint, i didnt have to spend money on all the crap listed above. But it was a while ago, and i forgot how to.

Ummm. you could use picnik.com its free but there are some features that you cant use cuz u have to pay but generally its free

Gimp is a free program, you should try it :)

And everyone is talking about resizing it, he want to lower ho much space it takes, not the size of the pic xD
