Seems reasonable to think that the same number of people from each state was tested..

It's invalid. ;/ clearly if it was to represent the state, a sample would be taken. a sample that would represent the population as a whole. the young and old, the males, the females, the various ethnic backgrounds, various socio economic backgrounds. it would be so much better if when i present evidence, you present counter evidence rather then make baseless statements

Why you posted it boggles me. and i therefore post the obvious response. HOW IS IT INVALID? please demonstrate how. i posted it since this is about left/right wing and i wanted to be at the front of the mud slinging.

50% of all white people like chicken.
I make a graph.
It's valid now.
I ask you, how is it valid? because we both know 100% of people like chicken, even the vegetarians. its a sacrifice they have to make. besides http://www.gulbransen.net/images/blog/2 ... tionIQ.pngQuote: The tests and data were administered via the Raven's APT, and the Test Agency, one of the UK's leading publishers and distributors or psychometric tests. you lack a source.

Kerry voters: IQ 100.88 Bush voters: IQ 99.81
Basic Calculation, Using State-by-State Method
Kerry voters: IQ 101.29 Bush voters: IQ 99.76 revision with the point still made touche.

currently having posting issues.~~ FFFFFUUUUUU LOST 30 minutes of typing D:<mrducky wrote: Kenny wrote: As stated through that entire page, you wouldn't be able to distinguish someone with an IQ of 95 to 110 let alone 99 to 101. i wouldnt be able to no... but the tests can. But then it's obviously not a significant difference that you can use to call Bush voters any less intelligent. but its a difference nonetheless, >1 IQ point smarteralso Quote: The scientific IQ study did not include data for Washington, DC. Since Kerry won Washington DC by a wide margin, yet since other studies show DC with a lower-than-average IQ ranking, this missing data would actually lower the average IQ of Kerry voters; nonetheless, it is not included in these calculations. So your data and chart = invalid to your point. nowhere on the internet is there data on Washington DC average IQ. also it isnt a state. Federal district it is yes mmm. also, no where have i seen information indicating a lower then average IQ.
no source for that claim (the site didnt provide any) = invalid to your pointLet's move on then shall we? Socialism - a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole. Definition from dictionary.com I hope you agree to this definition. sure, im good with that one. REMEMBER SOCIALISM =/= COMMUNISM. I WANT TO MAKE THIS LOUD AND CLEAR.While I agree that socialism may help us maintain roads, hospitals, and other aspects, when is it going too far? as long as it isnt in the extreme. simple. You explain that we Americans have a fear over socialism and communism. This is true. We fear too much of those ideals. Why? Russia. China. Germany. Greece. Why? Due to McCarthyism that bred a phobia (an irrational fear) of all things socialism since apparently socialism = communism, communism = Pol Pot. Greece has multifaceted problems, cant be purely associated with socialism. Russia? dont you mean USSR. China = fascist IMO. germany? eh?How many failures does taking socialism and communism too far have to happen before you get the point? At some point in society we have to draw a line of how much is enough. I say the less the better. Why? I'm all for roads, I'm all for hospitals. But there's bureaus at least in the American Government that I NEVER agreed to or asked for, and are sucking off money. awwww you were sneaky and were trying to tie communism to socialism :/ it doesnt matter what you want, it matters what society wants. if society needs childcare services, even if you dont have a child, you help foot the bill. you can change this by voting accordingly to whoever supports your polemic. but if you disagree, and 99% of society wants it, well, it sucks to be you. if you only wanted to provide for what you wanted then medicine would fail. "WHO NEEDS CANCER WARDS, I DONT HAVE CANCER, THEM PARASITES TAKING ALL MA MONEYS. THOSE CHILDREN WITH LEUKEMIA ARE SUCKING ME DRY!!" besides, be accurate in your points - What bureaus? CIA? i dislike the CIA. in short. welcome to society. where the burdens and problems are shared since you are a society. that road is your road, that same road is our road.
if you dislike current policy, wait a couple years and vote accordingly.

edit* sorry for double post, forum was unhappy with my 4 page length (in word) reply. turned out one of my links is also unhappy with forum~~ i believe i can get away with it as it stole away 30 minutes of typing up my more enthusiastic original reply.Government has been shown to be at its best when it is not regulating the economy. Political and Social reform have screwed at least America such a new hole right now. Look at our unemployment, and our economy right now. Before you yell Bush realize that the Congress was a DEMOCRAT majority. Neither does the President or should the President have the power to cause such damage to the country. The Congress is the only branch in the entire government capable of doing such terrible damage. Before every recession and depression in the history of America was a reform that gave our Government more power, and instated more socialistic ideas. 10.6%? unemployment? A NEW HIGHSCORE? yes, 2008 was democratic controlled congress. when you speak of reform giving the government power, i think... PATRIOT ACT. signed in by bush in 2001, with republicans in congress, it allows the government to strip you of everything, all rights and keep you in its pocket if they call you a terrorist. individual rights? pssh. (cant forget that obama maintained it~~) did horror happen? no. ergo, you are wrong.
besides, private jobs sector has been experiencing constant growth for 9 months.I will list every single movement if I have to. Start with 5 moments and we will go from there---Socialism--- Obama has:
Signed the Children's Health Insurance Reauthorization Act, which provides health care to 11 million kids -- 4 million of whom were previously uninsured http://themiddleclass.org/bill/children ... n-act-2009 HELP CHILDREN? THAT IS JUST SICK. IMPREACH!!! IMPEACH!!! (the scariest thing about this is that some people are actually calling for impeachment based on the healthcare reform bill)
Signed financial reform law requiring lenders to verify applicants credit history, income, and employment status http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162- ... 03544.html OMG!!! REGULATIONS!! THE HORROR, how day obama stop another property bubble burst that started the GFC, get with capitalism Barack.
Signed financial reform law prohibiting banks from engaging in proprietary trading (trading the banks own money to turn a profit, often in conflict with their customers interests) http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162- ... 03544.html WHAT?!?!? regulations to stop banks from abusing capitalism... thats ridiculous, OUR FREEDOMS!!!
Created more private sector jobs in 2010 than during entire Bush years http://newsjunkiepost.com/2010/10/08/it ... ush-years/ one year of job creation vs 8 years of bush. PRAWNED.
Signed the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, giving the FDA the authority to regulate the manufacturing, marketing, and sale of tobacco for the first time <LINK REMOVED AS IT IS SCREWING WITH THE POST> ask if you want source and ill give you a tinyurl. ceebs right now. tsk tsk tsk obama, stopping tobacco companies from targetting the young. how dare you step in and impose control. monster!
Signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, restoring basic protections against pay discrimination for women and other workers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilly_Ledb ... ct_of_2009 the horror! he is restricting my freedom with regulations stopping me from underpaying women!! MY FREEDOM!!!
Provided travel expenses to families of fallen soldiers to be on hand when the body arrives at Dover AFB http://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/0 ... -families/ this brings me back, not everyone would want to support families who have lost loved ones to war (see westboro baptist church) but it doesnt matter.
Provided $12.2 Billion in new funding for Individuals With Disabilities Education Act http://www2.ed.gov/policy/gen/leg/recov ... /idea.html again, supporting my point, YOU ARE NOT DISABLED, but as a society, you help the disabled. if you dont like, go vote for people that dont want to help the disabled. simple. if more want polcies that support disabled children getting education then those policies would be put into place regardless your wishes.besides, since 2008 USA has been climbing the HDI list. its currently 4th (2010) up from 13th? (or was it 12th? in 2009) which is up from 15th in 2008 obama cant be doing that poorly if USA is relatively getting better. (AUSTRALIA IS SECOND, RAWR!!!!)
btw, im gonna be using capitalism soon when Aust Dollar hits $1.1 US dollars, im gonna switch my Aust dollar into US dollar and i think Obama has a ($600bln?) stimulus planned soon, should be able to rake in a clean couple hundred to a couple thousand depending on how well i can abuse capitalism. 3000 x 1.1 = 3300 if Aust falls back to say... 80 cents to the US dollar then i stand to make (4125-3300) at the cost to the US economy.
$825 for free is plenty awesome for an 18 year old like me <3 how good is capitalism? if obama doesnt bring forth stimulus, Aust dollar will simply continue to rise even more relatively.
this is like trading stocks but for noobs who only read the paper.
