Please help me understand this:

I successfuly spread a virus when my attacking ships (x2) were 1 tick away from target. According to the simulator, if at 1HP, I would have won the battle in round 1 but I ended up losing the battle in round 2. How does this work?! It seems my virus spread was ineffective?!?!?!

I'm new to this game (only started about 4 days ago).

did you know the exact number of people you were fighting against and were they all infantry

question 2 are u sure u didnt fail spreading the disease?

hurt units heal 1 hp each tick, so when you did the spy operation 1 tick ahead of hen the attack hit the units were HP 2 not hp 1

This doesn't sound right. I spread the disease at the last moment i.e. one tick before arrival. If I had waited after this tick, then the battle would have been over already.

When are you supposed to spread the virus for it to work when you battle?

I know it sound a bit weird, but thats the way it is =/

damaged units heal 1 hp each tick, so there is no way to make them hp 1 with spys, sorry =(

so why does the battle simulator have full hp or 1 hp scenarios???

Also my battle report is at tick 555, the same tick as my virus. but my virus was spread before the battle. Makes absolutely no sense!

If what you say is true, then what is the point of spreading a virus???

I've wondered about the same thinking they might need to add a 2 hp button as well, but the HP 1 is still a button you can use with dragons

aromor inf HP are lowered by 6 and range inf HP are lowered by 2, so it still give you an atvantage.
