Search google for the latest drivers to update If it doesnt work, try your old video card. if it works with the old one, it should be a problem with the new one Also it could be connectivity problem too.... i dont know for sure

i had tried but it says it uptodate and i uninstalled it and installed agine enabled and disabled now im not usning any VGA and still the same problem  any other suggestions ?

OMG its fainly uptodating the driver ! its was all a vairus i think 70+ Uptodates found i unticked all expet the ATI 7600 seris 24 MB please work \ same problem didnt work
