Well, as my point...most of the big clashes is unfair as resource wise, however you compare outpost battles between low ranks and conquering battles (low ranks again), damage may prove useful...but thats my opinion.

if you are say rank 50 and someone ranked 15 decided they want to conquer you, they may have a much bigger army but if u have a much better build in large enougth numbers you can still take down most there army

bigger my army, more shield i have meaning longer the battle will go on and more my damage can lay into them

i made it VERY clear that when its laser vs laser the range will win, untill you get into the bigger battles where the cheapness of 6.3.6 gives you the advantage

i said this before but ill say it again incase u forgot
for every 10 10.0.5 i build i could build 11 6.3.6 squads
unless they are concentrated in one place and you are have a huge army, that isnt very much
so lets try this in battle sim shal we

Test -
11 squads of 6.3.6 armed with laser
VS
10 squads of 10.0.5 armed with laser

Result - 6.3.6 wins with 29 range still alive

so thats no prolonging used, its just killing enemies by hitting harder

Again most intelligent people wont enter a close battle so this is an unlikely scenario

again get away from the balance and range loses less and kills more

id have thought as a mod u would know there is no need to do that
just post your message as a reply under my post, im not stupid i can see as to what your refering

yet again you exploit the only weakness in my ratio

try it with all guns or all rockets and yet again my 6.3.6 wins on both occasions so in a fight i have 2/3 chance on doing better useing 6.3.6 and i also do more damage fighting as 3.1 1/2.3

with rocket:
6.3.6 looses 21 troops

6.3.5 looses 27 troops

yes again i win

before reporting a problem with my ratio test with gun, laser and rocket 1st
if it only wins 1/3 of those problems than that means 6.3.6 wins 2/3 and is therefore better than 10.0.5

well nearly all people are not going to attack vehicles with concussive or explosive anyone that does is welcome to loses that come with it

concussive against infantry
laser against vehicle
explosive against tank

Me most other players learned that day 1 and I'm not going plan attacks against that

so if the 1/3 of possibilities that end up as 2/3 of most encounters is what it wins I believe it is better

but me and most other players dont just build all laser
they will build 1/3 gun, 1/3 laser, 1/3 rocket same as i do

when they attack they will attack with 1/3 gun, 1/3 laser, 1/3 rocket
i will defend with 1/3 gun, 1/3 laser, 1/3 rocket

maybe u might have noticed but rocket allways die 1st, than laser, than rocket

lets take this at 3 seperate battles:

my rocket vs his rocket - my rocket win leaveing me troops remaining

my remaining rocket will team up with my laser vs his laser - he will kill my remaining rocket but they will kill a few of his laser giveing my laser an advantage, so my laser will beat his laser leaveing my some laser remaining

my remaining laser will team up with my gun vs his gun - as what happened with rocket my remaining laser will die but giveing my gun which would beat his gun on its own anyway an advantage so i have more gun left than i would gun vs gun

put this all together and u have a battle report that looks like this:

only way that you could beat my army is if you custom built your army all laser to kill me, to which id sent 1 of my members with tank or soldier

or if you sent a much larger army, even than unless that army is custom built lasers i would kill more than i would kill useing 10.0.5

why is it some pros just dont like change and cannot accept that there are better ways to build your army :D

most battles that top players get in are one sided and normally use mostly troops designed to kill the enemy and in those cases range is better
