A,B and C is ok for me. I don't understand the D point, so I dont know about that.
And the E: im not sure its necessary. There aa lot of strong mechs without mythicals and there are a lot of weak mechs with mythicals. If you separate the two type of mechs the situation is the same. You will meet strong mechs in every two areas. And Im sure a lot of mythical users would build a non-mythical built just because there are more weak players in the non-mythical section.
And the mythical items are not everything. I think the most important thing is the right kit. If you have a right kit and your opponent doesn't have it you can easily beat him with your non-mythical mech.

And besides, so then the top clan members can only fight other top clan members? Or those players with mythical but have a terrible build? I say no. So then if this ever happened, the mythical users then would get like only 100+ wins in only 2 days! Or just do a non-mythical build.

I think it's about skill and the "correct" weapons. So if you have to put all the "good" items, then you don't have to do a specific build. Let's say fire stampede is a good item right? So you will put a fire stampede in a physical build. *laughs mysteriously* No. Using the correct items is much more preferable than of using the good items.

Oh and by the way, knowledge is also included. Like for example, you'll have to cover all of the ranges: 2-4 range. For a heat build, (most heat build parts are heavy) Most knowledgeable people would use a rail gun (rail gun only weighs 13 kilo grams). Since it's light it and covers up 2 range. Pretty useful using a heat grenade with it. However, rail gun has 3 use of limit. So you'll have to use it wisely my lad.

But most people only copy other builds. Sad to say, I also copy other's build. But I do build a bot that is truly and 100% from me. Though it's really not good sad to say. We are getting a bit Off-Topic here, I say, I do like all of the ideas. Except for letter "E". However, I am not sure about letter "D" since I really cannot understand letter "D". At least I can understand it a bit though.

Every part is actually good, but Mytical is special. That's why, everyone want to have it and also scary about that part.

If you show a gun but out of ammo everyone still get scary. Just like mytical. Even you are newbie but if you have mytical, everyone will be careful.

Well... in the end, everyone want to be stronger, right?

Mm.. I don't wanna be "stronger" I am already strong. However, I'd like to be successful. Any who, not all mythical items are good to be honest. I do have 2 mythical items, though I didn't really like them. Which are Melt Down and Mayhem Battery II. But I think I would use meltdown in the future. Mayhem Battery? I don't think so. I really like to fuse it up, (it is fused to level 7) Should I? It's quite useless for me though.
