Well, I am certain that it's impossible.. (If you are talking about heat bar) But if you are talking about 548 overheat, I might say it is possible. Though the current highest possible heat that a "myth" build can reach is 390.
How?
Lava Scope+ 6 of 40 Engine Booster I
150+40x6=(150+240)= 390

For our old, non- myth build would be... 340.
How?
Spider (130 heat) + 6 of heat Module 11's
130+35x6=(130+210)= 340

But the highest overheat is around 400+.. Done by our very own player, r1234! :) (ticklemericky).
