Ah Shadow accept the thing, you called them inactive but after 1-2 ticks only they came online and spammed us and moved armies, I mean seriously, Inactives dont come online like that.. or do they?

So it's wrong that they are attacking/spamming you guys after you farmed them for exp and had them kicked out of your sub? But it's ok to farm them for exp while they were in your sub? You said they were inactive to help you guys, they seem pretty active to me... Probably because your greedy for R5's.

Also, you said that they didn't just build armors and that they built an actual army that can put up a fight therefore your not farming them. But what's the difference between range units and armor units if your just killing them with a nuke + farming with R4,R5 units? The result is 0 losses regardless of what they build.

No, it is not wrong of them to do that. I might do the same. That is my point though, if they were still on our side and letting us farm them they wouldn't be spamming and attacking us now would they?

Either way, I never said I took heavy losses. I've been trying to prevent heavy losses all era, which is why I try to kill people with a nuke and R5 rather than have them move around for a normal battle. This is not just true for neutrals that I do not fully trust, but also for enemies.

What are you really arguing for? That I kill people for exp and take no losses doing so? Yes, fully correct. That people can spam you after they get killed? Yes, fully correct. I don't take losses while hunting exp? Mostly correct as well, though it sometimes goes wrong.

What we do with our allies is in my opinion up to us. llll has subs, some good, some bad. Offensively they weren't of much use, but defensively they can help out a bit. Likewise BOOM and NJa have been of help to us. There is however a point where sub leaders themselves decide some players are not of use to them anymore, in this case this was prompted by better players making themselves available that would be willing to join. Those that were kicked I do not know personally so I didn't trust them 100%, some people harbor hard feelings after being kicked from an alliance, that is all in the game. However you can't really expect me to leave neutral units in our territory or even in our hive alive, can you? Even when they have belonged to an ally.

Again I pose you the question, would it have been different to you if rather than me, NJ had killed them? Or if I had waited 50 ticks before killing them?

I think there needs to be a clear list of rules made by the admins, that go into detail regarding what is considered cheating/ farming and what isnt.
Currently there is a very large grey area where it always ends up being decided by the admin for every instance individually. This leads to complaining about unfair judgments etc.

We have reached a point where people are trying hard to persuade the admin to ban/ punish someone at a specific time when it would suite them best. Its interesting how now, when Nubs/Phiz is getting desperate and backed against the wall they come out with these complaints of incidents that happends days even weeks ago. This is only possible because there are no clearly defined rules and the admins might sway either way.

So I say, give us a list of rules that go into detail and can cover a wide range of scenarios, maybe the community can even help draft it. Get rid of all the grey areas and uncertainty.

Heh, I actually asked him that to see how seriously he still wanted to play. If he'd said yes there he'd have been kicked earlier, but since he said no we hoped he might still have some plans. Then he didn't move again for a week, so I figured I'd ask him why not in hopes of getting him talking.

But there was no reply at all, and he hasn't moved since that first question. I believe he was kicked on October 30, so I think we did give him quite some time to show some activity.

Anyway, I do not see how what you quoted makes me a cheater. I know you would like to think of me as a cheater, but I believe that is part jealousy as you guys are simply being beaten.

I still find it funny that you have people in PHIz who have admitted to having multies and have admitted to account sharing, people in nubs that have been banned for account sharing, IND that has been banned for account sharing, nubs that has been paying off people to spam us, and WE are the ones being accused.

What I find saddest is that we are not just being accused of exp farming, but you guys believe pretty much all the bad done in the round is somehow sollicited by us. Someone plants OPs around my colony with the obvious name "MILAN OP FARM" or something to that effect, we report, and there is a post here saying we are OP farming. The server crashes, we are blamed for that too despite the fact that the admins have said before they know who is responsible. What is next, the flood in the Philippines was caused by us to try and make your players unable to log for a few days?

I honestly find it quite sad that ARM has been reduced to trying to get their opponents banned in this way when they can't win normally. From what I heard you guys have always been an honorable alliance, and you have played very well this round. This however just makes me sad :\
