Yeah, It was while they were located in europe. I don't know who started what. I just know they wanted to relocate because they were in danger. So yeah. A good deal for us none the less.

John it was NCR Who attacked when we were in Europe and not CORE, CORE were our allies and WYD too they became enemies once this war started
