What happens if a conquered player attacks a non conquered player who has no units (or a much smaller army) than attacker in base colony?

Depends...

If the unconquered colony was the conquerer of the conquered one (tongue twister :lol: ), the conquered colony's forces would win and he/she would be liberated and the conquerer now conquered by him/her.

Otherwise, nothing happens if the colony was empty.

What happens if you attack a player that is conquered, do you conquer him, or just nothing happens?

Nothing happens if the other guy is already conquered.....you just battle with him, even if you win you dont conquer him

if the person you atack has crystals and you win the battle you wil be able to take the crystals from he/she.
