no alliance is too big for a leader, fire leader was elected by their member after cosmic left, if any1 is to blame, their members should get all the blame not the leader

It's immature to blame the leader for the alliances mistakes in war

no-one deserves to be singled out when fighting in war. The whole alliance is at fault

if he started it, he should take the blame

if he strash talked the other alliance on broadcasts, he should be trash talked to anywere

he run and left his members to get conquered, them he kick conquer another member to "keep" the cristal bonus for his alliance while asking to join to another alliance whit those same cristals

and if he says: but i were the only one whit units there... well we saw units from 2 or 3 more of them, but if you dont have the suport you dont start a war

in any job the boss is the one that gets the blame not the worker,even if it was the workers fault, the boss might punish the worker but at the end of the day only the boss gets dirt on its name.

if a building fails, you dont blame the workers
you blame the architec or the ingeener on charge

wrong...if a building failed, the builders and the people that gave it plannin permissions r to blame. designer will always get another job to build again, but the building company wont...if a teacher teaches a bunch of kids and they failed their exams, the kids will get the blame. teachers/leaders r deemed capable enough to lead/teach others, if they r deemed capable then why should they get any kind of blame when thing goes wrong.

your alliance elected "night" as leader, meaning your alliance think he is capable of leading the alliance, everything decision he makes, even if you are against it, you will b expected to carry out his orders, if the mission failed, it'll be because his members failed him. NOT the leader failing his alliance.

not just blaming him, but there are things he could have done other ways.
i did a mistake as leader to attack FIRE to fast not slaughtering 24 squads in aus becuase we attacked 2 ticks to early to lock down.

but i think i have made it up by the rest of the war

I am still Confused on how to Count the Scores...

YAY JRE is up there XD... and about blaming the leader i think it is their faults.... if i lead my Empire to war and lose and it would to be my mistake and me to blame because i didnt do a good job. i always blame my self b4 blaming my members... unless they didnt do nothing the hole time then yeah its his fault XD

you take the score, take away the score u get from crystals, then take away score from relics, then devide by 10 to get power

(score-(crystals*25)-(relics*500))/10

power rating 2219
