It is indeed spite, and it is indeed complaining. But it is for an unfair treatment for something that was legitimate that we did ingame. Anyway, no point in going over it again and again. Everyone knows both our stances.

There is a point i want to add.
It was Seth this time it can also be admin xy next time.
As long as we don't have clear rules. This doesn't mean that every possibility needs to be down written. Like : A alliance member has to be 100 ticks in the alliance before he can get kicked …
This book of rules will be longer than the holy bible.

The devs team can add some features or disable features (like being unable to launch an attack from a new recruit for 24 ticks, every relic has the same amount of defending units,...)

What matters to me is, that a new situation appeared and we got treated as we had the intention to abuse a rule. A rule that doesn't exist before.

JD should get the „created a new rule“ achievement.

Anyway. What's done is done. I think we should focus at the future of BD.
I said, i won't come back till things changed here … so its in my own interest to get that done.
So guys be constructive and add your view.

1. A permanent bann needs the approval of 2 admins.

2. add a new feature "watcher colony". A watcher colony isn't able to build units or join into an alliance. Whenever you join a server you'll decide if you want a player or a watcher colony. This prevent spamming out of the blue.They can't get attacked and stay the full era in protection.
Colonies which are not marked as "watcher" and doesn't build units or do anything else what we can call playing get deleted after 100 ticks and should get a warning for farming.
Even if I don't know if this is possible...

Those new rules seem fair to me, ilona.. But I would limit the "watcher colonies''.. ;)

Yeah people that wanna farm wont build watchers. But farming as such is not invalid. You can farm without being noticed, why not remove that as a violation altogether? Seriously. Whats wrong in building on a server to help a friend win? Anyway, I might be crucified for saying that :lol:

omg, I love you. This is a pet peeve of mine, all these colonies with names like:

Just Watching of Bobaloo
Watcher in the Rye
I'm really a great player, but I'm just watching so don't blame me if I stink this round

If you're just watching, then you should have no objection to me conquering you, you shouldn't be launching spam attacks, you shouldn't be building silos for someone else to come and take, you shouldn't complain that I'm sniping you (when in fact I'm not and you really just aren't active enough to notice), and you shouldn't be taking part in major wars. I've been thinking of joining a server with the single purpose of finding as many watchers as possible and destroying all their units.

I know this isn't the point of your post, but it's just one of those things that's been bugging me.

how don't you know they would of recruited these colonies again after being kicked? can you predict the future?

again its ok for you to use game mechanics but if someone does it against you and surprises you, its a never ending argument about how wrong they were.
